Mind Your Own Body
(Bromley Mind)
This course is designed to give individuals knowledge about the link between a healthy lifestyle and positive mental health.
- Offered in the course are opportunities to explore services and facilities available locally to help sustain a healthy lifestyle.
- This course is delivered by SKILLED TRAINERS and REGISTERED EXERCISE PROFESSIONALS

Be involved in the another exciting joint project between Bishop Justus Church of England School and Bromley Mind.
Learn to play the ukele and/or other instruments individually or as a band. Instruments provided.
Work with the support of a highly qualified teacher, technicians and equipment to create music together. All you need is a willingness to get involved.

Bromley Mind are pleased to be able to offer free use of a badminton court and a trained badminton coach.
Space is available in the group for up to eight participants in order to learn new, or improve old badminton skills, enabling them to continue to improve their wellbeing by engaging in this activity.
