Mental Health and Social Inclusion Journal
A Life in the Day focuses on social inclusion issues for people who have mental health problems. It looks at how people can enjoy fuller lives in their local communities - finding jobs, learning new skills, volunteering or participating in arts, sports and leisure activities. Other areas explored include housing, finance, spirituality, cultural diversity and friendships and relationships.
