Welcome to our person-centred approaches pages. These pages are run by Develop's person-centred approaches inclusive practice forum. This is a partnership of organisations and individuals with an interest in supporting people to plan for the type of life that they want to lead. Goals can be about having a good day every day, working towards independent living or regaining interests and dreams - it all depends on the individual.
