Delivering the Guidance on Person Centred Planning - what are we learning?

The Gathering will launch a new website - ‘Think and Plan’ - in the UK. This is a way to use person centred thinking tools on-line, and is a collaboration between the Learning Community for Person Centred Practices, HSA and Dimensions.

National Support Planning and Reviews Event

This practical, creative two-day event from Helen Sanderson Associates will share learning and best practice in support planning and outcome focused reviews.

The event is aimed at Transformation leads, Person centred planning co-ordinators,
and everyone with responsibility for providing and delivering support planning,
and reviews (care managers, ULOs, brokers, peer mentors, provider managers) or
involved in the ‘Getting a Life’ Programme.
