Our Choices in Mental Health continues to explore how people who use mental health services and their carers can exercise more choice over their treatment and care so they can lead valued lives in the community.
It provides a best practice framework for service providers to extend choices, practical support and examples of service models from across England including some co-ordinated through Develop in Bromley.
It is a step on the way to new and more responsive mental health services. Some aspects of the work in Bromley, co-ordinated through Develop, is mentioned in the guide under "Life Choices" and Bromley's service user website is mentioned under "access to information".
