Leading into the Future (Paradigm)

Leading the Future’ Programme which is a 5 day programme for people eager to take forward and lead change as we move to Self Directed Support, taking place in Birmingham between September and December. The Personalisation agenda poses a great challenge to the provision of social care. Putting People First is clear about the work that needs to be done to make personalisation a reality for people entitled to services.

This 5 day workshop will focus on the key aspects of leadership and support those taking part to think through and develop their leadership style; to action plan for change; and to develop strategies to maintain strong leadership when the going gets tough!
