IconThis Toolkit  is designed to be a self-assessment tool for organisations working within the community development and/or regeneration environment. 

It is intended to be a positive exercise to enable the sector to audit current good practice and identify areas for future development, and  complements existing equalities and diversity properties and facilitates their practical application in the work place. 

It seeks to examine a number of issues -  Key Factors  - considered to be essential elements of a socially inclusive organisation in particular regard to black and minority ethnic service users.
