Clients must be referred by their GP or any other healthcare professional. With funding from organisations such as The Big Lottery Fund, The European Social Fund's "Fast Forward" Programme and The City Bridge Trust, we also run outreach into the community, which usually runs as discrete projects over a number of weeks.
